Victim services provider in Montgomery County loses almost 45% of funding

Catholic Charities of Fulton and Montgomery County is the sole provider of domestic violence and crime victim services in the two counties. Now services in Montgomery County are losing almost 45% of their operational budget after not receiving an award through a state grant.
